I find it quite difficult to admit that Summer is almost over! In the first attempt to make the transition between seasons a little less difficult I’ve already started with my usual few tricks. I looked at new amazing fashion trends, I played with some darker colours like burgundies and browns, I have even tried on a few very cute winter jackets. Yet nothing! I suppose I am simply not ready to let go just yet.
So, I’ve decided to start with just a few accessories that can easily take me from summer to fall (when I’m ready) and oh my, I’ve truly fallen down the rabbit hole of leopard prints! Since animal prints roamed free and wild across the catwalk shows in a big way for A/W 2018 I have absolutely no intention of clambering my way out anytime soon.
I really like subtle ways of bringing the print into “whatever the season” wardrobes. Basically, once again I’m trying to make a case for versatility because I love being able to wear my favourites year-round and these particular pieces definitely fit the bill!
I also love the way leopard print accents compliment easy, breezy summer dresses, yet they look just as great paired with denim and sleek tops but I think what I love about them the most is the chic vibe they add to an outfit.
Karen Millen have brought out a number of fantastic leopard print accessories this summer. This KM shoe/bag pairing has been my go-to combo to wear anywhere and with everything because it never fails to complete every one of my looks in the most effortless manner.
Another great way to add some subtle accents is belts, earrings, bracelets and don’t forget elegant scarves that can be easily attached to a plain bag to instantly update the style, wrapped around your wrist for an instant Cool Chic effect, or for those taking their first baby steps tied around your neck in a classic way.
As you well know, I always believed that accessories make an outfit. Nothing really adds that perfect finishing touch quite like the right pair of shoes or a statement bag. What makes it so special is the fact that subtle accents are a timeless classic which never truly goes out of style and look equally relevant from year to year.

Loperpd print looks pretty and in the summer simple dress is the key to live comfortable as you mentioned.
I usually go for a full-on leopard piece like a dress, top or skirt, but I love the way you wore the pattern. The black outfit really makes the leopard pop. The belt was an especially nice touch.
