Flat mules, low block-heel mules, heeled mules, sneaker mules, espadrille mules—mules in all fabrications and colors including velvet, satin, canvas, and embroidery. They were big for 2016 and they are even bigger for 2017. Great for the office and comfortable for weekend wear!
As each sun-filled day passes by, both my black NEXT and pink ASOS HAVOC mule shoes have slowly and surely become one of my favorite staples this season. These have really been the only shoes I’ve had heavily on rotation these last few weeks. They’re fresh, stylish yet comfortable and 100% one of my spring essentials. Who has times for fussy straps and buckles? Look put-together in seconds with these trending mules slides that redefine effortless chic.
And now summer has officially arrived alongside some awesome and fancy assortment of heeled mules. From velvet to leather and crazy ruffles, there are so many options to choose from, so I picked out a few of my favourites for you guys!
1.KG by Kurt Geiger Holiday Occasion Mule Sandals, Beige/Other – Reduced to clear Was £140.00, Now £89.00
Opt for a truly unique pair with these Holiday sandals from KG by Kurt Geiger. Featuring a slip-on design with embellished detail on the upper and fringing for a stand out aesthetic.
2. New Season Malone Souliers dawn bronze leather mules £475
Personally, it’s my most favourite which could be due to the fact of having beautiful lurex front and I’m madly in love with anything that sparkles. This combined with the lace-up keyhole at front and open toe makes this little beauty a great day to evening statement.
3. New Season Malone Souliers Maureen midnight blue velvet mules £435
The Maureen mules are one of Malone Souliers’s most coveted styles, loved for their perfect balance of edge and elegance. Beautifully curved around the foot with contrasting silver straps and a matching mid-height heel. What’s not to love?
4. Kendall & Kylie Essie High Vamp Mule – White, £125
With their bright white hue and asymmetric vamp – these mules are the shoes to be seen in this season! The killer heel perfects your pins for sexy finishing touch, while the peep toe is perfect for the warmer weather.
You can style those for the evening paired with mini dresses and clutch bags or wear them with skinny jeans and a silky top for cocktail catch ups with the girls.
5. New Season Saint Laurent Lou Lou black patent leather mules, £425
These gorgeous Saint Laurent mules are my second favourite in this fine selection.
Crossover straps, gold designer plaque at heel, open toe and easy slip on makes this beauty so hard to resist. I just love that subtle designer element on a side of the heel, so elegant and classy.
6. Mulberry Frills Mule Black Patent Lambskin Was £495 Now £247
A signature style of Summer ’17. The exaggerated geometric structure of the heel adds comfort and robustness, while the ruffles provide a refined feminine flair.
And personally, I love how this design mixes strong lines with soft romantic elements.
7. Gucci Pearl Embellished Peyton Mules 110, £750
Iconic double ‘G’ logo in brushed gold-tone metal. Elevated by a chunky block heel embellished with a row of pearls, this slip-on shoe will lend a luxe finish to tailored trousers and midi skirts. What’s not to love?
8. Gucci Pink fringed suede mules, £450
Crafted in a tropical pink hue, Gucci’s loafer-inspired suede sandals are an attention grabbing style. Textured fringe detailing, the iconic GG logo in antique gold tone, and a vertiginous heel ensure this is a sophisticated look.
9. Mulberry Frills Bootie Coral Red Patent Lambskin Was £475 Now £237
What a great modern take on traditional ankle mules with an exaggerated high heel and open back (also available in Black for an elegant, more low-key look).
This runway trend emphasizes femininity while embracing the strength and delicacy of being a woman. It’s delicate yet daring, soft yet strong.
