“Buy less, choose well and do it yourself!” Vivienne Westwood
Holiday dressing is in full swing and I couldn’t be happier!
My wishlist for this holiday season continues to grow. I have managed to squeeze in a couple of festive activities that I have been planning for a while including a Christmas meal at the Plateau restaurant (here) and a day out in London (I will be sharing the story with you soon, stay tuned!)
There is so much more I want to do, I really want to go ice skating at the Canary wharf Ice Rink, walk down Oxford Street with the Christmas lights in full swing and obviously a trip to the Winter Wonderland is a must! The winter/holiday markets are opening everywhere with plenty of mulled wine and this is one of the reasons why I love London!
I’m so grateful for such a huge response to my emerald green ASOS Jarlo High Neck Fishtail Maxi Dress and I hope you will also like my next holiday inspiration, a Vivienne Westwood Anglomania Laminated Thigh Dress.
I have been eyeing this little gem for months and snapped it when it had finally gone on sale! (£90 at Very Exclusive, from original £300).
I really adore classic slashed boat neck, midi length pieces and this dress in not an exception. Gathered detail at the waist creates elegant draping and the feeling that you just stepped out of a movie.
This dress it’s elegant, classic, and luxurious with an effortless lightweight fit, the long sleeves features ruched detail to the side creating flattering drapes across the stomach. A great piece perfect for office holiday parties, friends get-together events, winter night-outs, and date nights.
This iconic style of Westwood dress is feminine and subtly sexy. It pairs beautifully with Ted Baker Giant Knot Clutch Bag and a pair of rose gold Office Tubular Strap Sandals for that party glamour look.
Guys I have to admit that this is one of my favourite pieces in my party closet. It’s such a graceful dress that literally makes your feel like a million dollars! I’m not surprised that it sold out almost immediately on Very Exclusive however I just had a cheeky look and one size is still in stock so you better hurry up before it is gone! Alternatively, head to the Garment Quarter website (only two sizes remain in stock though).
What do you think about this party gem? What type of dresses do you prefer, mini, midi or maxi?
