Trending Paint the Town Red
Happy Tuesday! A splash of colour to brighten the week.
I wore this outfit last weekend during our weekly Sunday walk (as who doesn’t wear statement jewellery and heels when strolling casually across the fields… ). I wanted to wear something sharp and stylish (with photos in mind) yet comfortable. This jumpsuit has the perfect amount of stretch, and at the same time much appreciated elongating properties. And the bright orange/red color just makes me so happy!
I’m a huge fan of jumpsuits as you have probably gathered from some of my older posts, (here). Jumpsuits are gaining more and more popularity especially among celebs and fashion bloggers. They make dressing so effortless and with a jacket, they’re great for the office. On its own, they’re great to transition from a day to an evening look. The bathroom problem is a pain at times, however sitting half naked on a public toilet is a cheerful part of life in a jumpsuit. Just remember to allow yourself an additional couple of minutes…
I found this oh-so-chic off the shoulder jumpsuit on the ASOS website (check out the jumpsuit here) and I immediately fell in love. Something about the casual vibes mixed with the exposed shoulders and oversized knot was the perfect combination to create a summer look that really felt put together.
I threw my hair up in a knot to really show off the neckline of the jumpsuit and statement of the necklace (and to keep me cool). That hot weather is no joke when you’re running in the fields .😊 I grabbed my baroque sunnies (check out here!) and this chic mini Radley bag to finish off the look.
Coupling the jumpsuit with statement accessories like my sunnies and my necklace added an element of drama and sharp tailoring to finish the look.
This bag is a such a sweet darling. You can easily switch it from a chunky chain cross body strap to a sleek clutch in moments with this interchangeable design. Voila!
